1. Services
SR Labs provides textile testing, analysis, and related services as requested by the client. All services will be performed in accordance with our standard operating procedures, using accredited and globally recognized methods. We will exercise reasonable skill and care in the performance of all services.
2. Client Responsibilities
a. Sample Submission: You are responsible for ensuring that all samples submitted to SR Labs are representative of the materials to be tested and are delivered in a condition suitable for analysis. You must provide all necessary information, including any specific testing requirements, standards, or a detailed description of the sample. b. Accuracy of Information: You warrant that all information you provide to us, including sample details and test specifications, is accurate and complete.
3. Pricing and Payment
a. Quotations: All service fees are based on the quotation provided to you. A quotation is valid for a period of [e.g., 30 days] from the date of issue. b. Payment: Payment for services is due upon receipt of the final report or as otherwise specified in your service agreement. We reserve the right to withhold the final report until full payment has been received. c. Overdue Accounts: A late fee may be applied to overdue accounts. We reserve the right to suspend any ongoing services until the account is brought current.
4. Reporting and Confidentiality
a. Reporting: Upon completion of testing, we will provide a comprehensive report detailing the results of our analysis. The report is for your sole use and should not be distributed to any third party without our prior written consent. b. Confidentiality: SR Labs will treat all client information and test results as confidential. We will not disclose your information to any third party unless required by law or with your explicit consent.
5. Limitation of Liability
SR Labs’ liability for any claim, loss, or damage arising out of or in connection with our services will be limited to the total fees paid by you for the specific service in question. We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not not limited to lost profits or business interruption.
6. Sample Disposal
Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, all samples submitted for testing will be disposed of after a period of [e.g., 30 days] following the issuance of the final report. If you require the return of your samples, you must notify us in writing and cover all associated shipping costs.
7. Force Majeure
SR Labs will not be held liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under these Terms if such delay or failure is due to an event beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or acts of government.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
